Refund policy

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at:

We will carefully review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Full refund
  • After shipment: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  • Provide a written explanation of the reason for return
  • Provide a clear video of the item as proof of its condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable after dispatch.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected

All return and refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis.

There is no fixed warranty period for purchased items. All claims are handled case-by-case.

4. Corsets Policy

Women’s corsets are non-refundable.

However, size exchange is allowed under strict conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in exceptional, perfect condition, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached
  • The item must show no signs of wear, fitting damage, stretching, or odor
  • A clear video of the item must be provided for approval

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs for the exchanged item

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the required condition standards.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion
  • Made-to-order or customized pieces

6. Shipping Responsibility

Our store is not responsible for items lost during transit.

7. Refund Deductions

The following costs will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Return shipping costs (paid by the customer, non-refundable)
  • Import duties and taxes incurred during delivery

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for the same model/item (e.g., size exchange where applicable)
  • If a different product is required, the return and refund process must be completed first

9. International Taxes & Duties

Please note:

  • Orders shipped from Indonesia may be subject to customs duties and taxes
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • All such fees are the responsibility of the customer

Our store is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Express shipping may increase the likelihood of customs charges.

10. Made-to-Order

Made-to-order and customized pieces are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

11. Return Address & Processing

Return instructions and return address will be provided only after approval of the return request.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
