Placing an order with Noir Mystique Maison constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, cancellation or modification may not always be possible.
Orders for customers located in Russia may not be processed through the standard website checkout. In such cases, order handling may be carried out through a personal manager via WhatsApp or another direct communication channel, due to current operational or shipping restrictions.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices shown on our website do not include taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other local charges that may apply in the destination country.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally to selected countries and regions.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, local import processing, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local VAT/GST, clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
For customers in Russia, standard website checkout and direct shipping options may be unavailable. Orders from Russia may instead be processed manually through a personal manager.
