We ship directly from Bali. All orders are processed as international deliveries and handled by trusted courier partners, including DHL, to ensure a fast and reliable service worldwide.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-measure pieces are individually crafted within 3–7 business days.

Delivery Time
Worldwide: 2–10 business days
Bali: Same-day or next-day delivery (complimentary)
For delivery within Bali, please contact us directly.

Shipping to certain destinations may be limited or subject to adjusted rates.

Complimentary Shipping
Complimentary worldwide shipping is available on orders over $500.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed and assist where possible.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Доставка в Россию и СНГ

Оформление заказов для клиентов из России и стран СНГ осуществляется индивидуально через персонального менеджера в WhatsApp или Direct.

Варианты доставки зависят от наличия изделия.

При наличии товара на складе в Санкт-Петербурге отправка может быть осуществлена по России или в страны СНГ локально.

В случае отсутствия изделия в наличии, заказ изготавливается и отправляется с Бали.

Сроки и стоимость доставки рассчитываются индивидуально в зависимости от направления, наличия товара и параметров заказа.
